INBA Natural Olympia...
For some reason I thought the Natural Olympia was on 14th October - the INBA website says November 18th, just wanted to check this was correct as my friend and I are planning to come and see the WA competitors - wahoo!!!

14th Oct is the state titles in Perth, Olympia is indeed 18th Nov! I will be competing in Oct, and if a miracle happens Nov too!
